This film id dedicated to all women and men of the Villach Partisans who on December 23rd, 1944 were executed for their political beliefs. It is also dedicated to their children and relatives who will miss them forever and who will never overcome their loss.

In Austria the victims of the NS regime and their relatives had to wait 64 years for their acquittal by the State. On October 7th, 2009 the Green Party, the Social Democrats as well as the Austrian Conservative Party agreed on a bill passed by the Judiciary Committee of the Republic of Austria which states that all verdicts by the Nazis’ People’s Court as well as other unauthorized courts will be annulled.
